玩QQ游戏连连看时经常死机

问题补充：新电脑,没有安装太多软件.一开始用就这样了

我的电脑只有在玩连连看的时候死机,其他的时间都不会.死机时会出现蓝屏.上面都是些英文,然后按哪个键都不管用了,只好热启动!
再者会偶尔出现关不了机,就是一直处于正在关机状态,但是就是关不了,按关机键也不行.只有热启动了,再关机才可以!

这样的问题真的很难回答啊.可能性很多拉.可能是你的QQ游戏程序有问题.你也没说玩其他游戏会不会死机.如果玩其他游戏死机就是电脑的问题.如果玩其他 网络游戏也死机而玩单机游戏不死机就是网络上的问题.也可能是显卡的和DirectX的问题,就算是集成显卡也有他的芯片组......如果自己有电脑了 建议你还是买些杂志来多学习学习.
